Our rationale
Sustainability Master Plan (2022-2025)
At Santillana, we aspire to be transformative agents in education, helping to create better life opportunities for millions of students.
We channel this commitment through our different labels and Fundación Santillana, which operates across four priority lines of action: equal opportunities, equity, inclusion, and teacher training.
Our ESG roadmap is PRISA’s Sustainability Master Plan, which is applicable to Santillana and the rest of the Group’s business units. This Plan is structured around more than 80 concrete actions and performance indicators, and focuses on three core commitments:
- Generating a real, direct and positive impact on students and schools through our educational contents and services, particularly by raising awareness of the major social and environmental challenges that society is facing.
- Ensuring responsible management of talent, the supply chain and the environment.
- Promoting committed governance that ensures ethical values and compliance at the corporate level.
